Bricks & Mortar is the building and renovation division of Finders Keepers.

Rental property

Running our own building division helps us keep the letting portfolio to a high standard and minimise void periods by carefully arranging tenancy start dates post-project.

For clients it means their projects are on time, on budget and delivered by people skilled in maximising rental income.

Private clients

50% of our work is outside of the rental market, completing high quality extensions and refurbishments for private clients.

Bricks & Mortar use quality contractors. New contractors wishing to work on our letting portfolio are introduced from Bricks & Mortar, ensuring that our Property Managers have access to tradesmen with the appropriate technical skills.
